The genesis of the band traces back to a meeting between guitarist Federico Hartridge (Council Of Rats) and bassist Dave Curran (Unsane) at a show in the legendary Milan squat Cox18, where the first riffs and ideas took shape. With the addition of Luca Antonozzi (Marnero) on drums, those early experiments quickly evolved into a fully formed band. After a handful of shows across Italy, BARATRO recorded their first six tracks in the empty concert hall of Cox18, later released as the “Terms And Conditions” EP in July 2021.
During the global slowdown of live activity, the band focused intensely on writing, leading to their debut full-length “The Sweet Smell Of Unrest” (2024). That same year marked a turning point with the addition of cellist Matteo Bennici, expanding BARATRO into a quartet and opening new compositional directions shaped by instinct, dynamics, and trust.
From this evolution comes “No Comply”, BARATRO’s second album and a dense, immersive amalgam of sound. Drawing from stoner, doom, noise, psychedelic, experimental, and punk influences, the record delivers grime, groove, and emotional weight in equal measure. It’s a cinematic and visceral listening experience that pushes the band’s identity further into uncharted territory.

Walfang is a noise collective that defies genre constraints, creating a distinctive identity within Belgium’s bustling alternative music scene. 
With their unique blend of noise rock, post-punk, shoegaze and experimental grunge, Walfang's music invites an exploration of the human condition, delving into themes of apathy, self-destruction and existential dread, while also offering glimpses of hope and harmony. Formed with a "post-everything" ethos, Walfang embraces a fluid approach where no style is off-limits. Each member brings diverse influences, resulting in an evolving sound that reflects the band's dedication to artistic exploration.

Pigz is a Belgian band formed in Mons around guitarist and founding member Bertrand Lepinois, bassist Hugues Lepinois (formerly of Blutch), drummer Julien Vasseur (Hansel) and singer Benjamin Ducobu (formerly of Steels).
Their style can be classified as sludge or doom metal with elements of noise rock. Heavy and simple, with influences from the 90s, this is the essence of the band!
