SCUSI is a quartet formed in Brussels that delivers rock infused with Italian punk and the female voices of the 70s and 80s — in the vein of Kandeggina Gang or Jo Squillo solo. The band also blends in the energy of great sixties classics such as Caterina Caselli and Lucio Battisti. Since SCUSI's first concert at the Petit Lion this year, word of mouth has spread. Carried by a four-track demo tape that gives a delightful taste of what's to come, SCUSI celebrates a simple philosophy: amore and good food, served with attitude.
